2M-IT Oy (hereinafter also referred to as subscriber) establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for consulting on the development of social and healthcare (SOTE) operations and consulting SOTE ICT services.

Organizations that provide Dynamic Purchasing Services may leave applications for participation in the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration. For dynamic purchasing systems, all candidates who have submitted a request to participate and meet the eligibility criteria for candidates will be accepted. The eligibility requirements are described in the ESPD form attached to the request for participation and in the Additional Terms section of the request for participation.

The purpose of the dynamic purchasing system is to obtain consultancy, which develops the social and health care of the subscriber's customers and SOTE-ICT services, especially in situations related to customer change and in connection with the change of information systems consulting and other services related to the development of IT systems and deployments. Purchases are made within a dynamic purchasing system with separate invitations to tender. The acquisition may be based on consultant-based expertise or the purchase of a full or partial service specified in the tender invitation from the supplier.

With a dynamic purchasing system, we obtain, among others: the following services and related expert resources:

- service design and development

- production control and development

- SOTE and SOTE ICT architecture and its development

- services related to the development and deployment of information systems

- development and definition of processes

- Implementing an organizational change.
