The subject of this tender is the operation, regular maintenance, care and use of the ships “Bottsand” and “Eversand” with crew and equipment in the event of pollution accidents.

The subject of this tender is the operation, regular maintenance, care and use of the ship "Bottsand" with crew and equipment in the event of pollution accidents and exercises in the entire area of the administrative agreement “Agreement between the Federal Government and the Coastal States on Combating Marine Pollution of 1.1.2003 “And, if necessary, in addition to the extent that it is nautically and technically justifiable and permissible within the framework of legal provisions, ordinances and other provisions.

The contractor (hereinafter referred to as AN) takes on the care of a proper shipowner to ensure the operation, administration, maintenance and use of the oil catcher "BOTTSAND", including the equipment and systems designed to combat pollution.

The folding ship "Bottsand" is used within the framework of the above-mentioned agreement to fight oil or to collect oil.

The ship is owned by the Federal Republic of Germany and will be handed over to the contractor for ship management.
