The purpose of the tendering process is to acquire for Municipal Tiera's use a modern financial forecasting, planning and reporting system that supports the company's ERP as a Saas-based service on a turnkey delivery principle. The system to be procured must be a ready-made program in production use.

The purpose of the economic forecasting, planning and reporting system is to:

• support Tiera and its businesses, profit centres and projects in financial planning and forecasting

• Increase transparency in forecasts during the budgeting and forecasting process

• enable the processing and comparison of forecast scenarios

• enables comprehensive management reporting

• enable ESG reporting in accordance with the Directive

• significantly increase automation and eliminate manual processing of as-built data

The system must enable multidimensional forecasting and reporting, for example, at the customer, project, product and cost center levels. The system must represent new technology and be able to meet future needs related to financial monitoring, such as ESG reporting requirements. It is hoped that the system will bring significant cost and time benefits as well as minimise manual work. This can only be done if the System is modern and sufficiently easy to use for daily users.
