Beaumont Hospital intends to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to undertake the design, and to procure the construction of, a new multistorey car park, located on the Hospital’s existing surface Car Park #10. The existing surface Car Park #10 has approximately 220 spaces and is in use as a staff car park. It is proposed to replace the surface car park with a multistorey facility, comprising a ground level with two levels suspended above. It is envisioned that a structural grid of 16.0m x 7.5m, which will allow for a 6.0m wide driving aisle and two rows of parking in each bay. It is envisioned that the new multistorey facility will provide 480 car parking spaces.
