The Flemish local authorities need an efficient digital tool for the digital centralisation, approval and archiving of certificates. The tool must be digital and user-friendly and primarily allows local authorities to consult and check the certificates of market vendors and foragers in a digital environment. In addition, the tool also contains additional functional modalities that contribute to the efficient organization of markets and fairs, being modalities around communication, planning, allocation of physical pitches, etc. Furthermore, the tool also contains a number of required technical modalities, which make it possible to scale up the tool across all local authorities in Flanders.
