The contract shall cover the Awarding Authority’s requirements for forestry services in connection with compensation as a consequence of establishment of protected areas in accordance with the Nature Diversity Act and the Nature Conservation Act. The requested forestry services include 2 areas:

1. Estimations of value and negotiations in connection with compensation as a consequence of the establishment of protected areas in accordance with the Nature Diversity Act and the Nature Conservation Act;

2. Estimations of value and negotiations regarding exchange of properties in connection with compensation as a consequence of the establishment of protected areas in accordance with the Nature Diversity Act and the Nature Conservation Act.

The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for the entire contract or one of the 2 lots listed above. It must be clearly stated if the tenderers are submitting tenders for one or all lots.
