Renovation of Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:

The GFA is approx. 3,000 m² and the BRI 12,000 m³.

The following measures are to be carried out as part of the upcoming renovation:

- Complete renovation of the sports pool and the indoor swimming pool

- Renewal of the technical equipment

- fire protection upgrading

- Barrier-free access

The work will be carried out from September 2023 to December 2024.

Electrical engineering:

- NSP main distribution with 3 cabinets

- NSP circuit sub-distributor 5 pcs

- Pipeline network approx. 20,000 m

- Verlegesystem / Kabeltrassen ca. 450 m

- Lighting fixtures approx. 240 pcs

- 72 KNX devices incl. KNX server and 2 control panels

- Voice alarm incl. approx. 100 loudspeakers
