Consultation launched by a group of orders composed of the following members: CCAS of the city of Bordeaux, city of Ambarès-et-Lagrave, city of Bruges, city of Bordeaux, city of Taillan-Médoc. Coordinator of the group of orders: Bordeaux Métropole. The mission of coordinator OPC is governed by Article 10 of Decree No. 93-1268 of 29.11.1963 relating to project management assignments entrusted by public contractors to private law providers. The scheduling, the coordination and the control of the building site respectively have for object:

a) to analyze the basic tasks related to the execution studies and the works, to determine their sequences as well as their critical path by graphic documents;

(b) to harmonize in time and space the actions of the various parties involved at the construction stage;

(c) at the stage of the works and until the lifting of the reserves within the deadlines set in the works contract or contracts, to put.

Lot 1 is made up of the grouping of Bordeaux Métropole heritage buildings, the city of Bordeaux, the CCAS of the city of Bordeaux, the city of Bruges, the city of Taillan-Médoc and the city of Ambarès -and-Lagrave, in which are practiced identical activities (eg administration, social activities).

Lot 2 is made up of the grouping of Bordeaux Métropole heritage buildings, the city of Bordeaux, the city of Bruges, the city of Taillan-Médoc and the city of Ambarès-et-Lagrave, in which practiced identical activities (eg culture, sports, education).
