Coaching U25

The subject of the measure "Coaching U25" according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1, 3 und 5 SGB III is the

- Introduction to the training and labour market and the identification, reduction and removal of barriers to placement

- Mediation into an employment subject to insurance

- Stabilisation of employment intake.

The target group includes employable, eligible young people under the age of 25

- who require individual support in the integration process,

- with a school leaving certificate,

- with full-time compulsory schooling, as a rule,

- with individual support needs in the placement in training / employment subject to social security contributions,

- with and without vocational training.

If necessary, with the aim of providing training, it is also possible to assign minors and young people who attend the 10th grade. In this case, the participant must be released from the internship phase. The participant must take care of the fulfilment of compulsory vocational schooling himself.

The aim of the U25 coaching is to achieve integration into the labor market for the participants through individual advice and support.

The following content should appear in the individual coaching sessions, individually suitable for the customer:

- Application training

- Expansion of EDP and Internet competence

- Develop professional orientation, possibly alternatives to career aspirations

- Identify key competences / promote motivation (especially in the event of setbacks)

- Operational testing

- Placement in employment subject to social security contributions

- Stabilisation of employment intake

The measure consists of weekly individual coaching.

The participants are usually assigned to the project "Coaching U25" for 4 months. This also includes in-company testing (internship phase), which can be designed for a maximum of 6 weeks. Here, too, individual coaching takes place. The MAT is to conclude with the integration into the first labour market.

The project is divided into two phases (entry phase and integration phase).

The offer includes follow-up care of graduates of the measure who have taken up employment or training on the 1st labour market over a period of 6 months to stabilise the training / employment relationship.

A total of 30 participants must be reserved.

Start of contract: 01.03.2023

End of contract: 29.02.2024

The end of the allocation corridor to the measure is 30.11.2023.
