The management of RSD is entrusted under a concession scheme understood as a contract for pecuniary interest by virtue of which the Municipality of Bresso entrusts the concessionaire, who is required to pay a concession fee, the management of RSD, recognizing as consideration only the right to manage the aforementioned RSD with assumption, in the hands of the concessionaire himself, the related operational risk.

The concessionaire is totally responsible for debit and credit relationships with the user, without the Municipality of Bresso being involved in any way

The management must be carried out in full compliance with the special specifications, the contract, the project exhibited during the tender by the concessionaire as well as current legislation.

The RSD is a residential structure that complies with the structural requirements defined by current regional legislation for nursing homes specifically intended for the area of severe and very serious disability.

The RSD welcomes people under the age of 65, not assistable at home, in a serious condition of disability, physical, psychic, sensory dependent on any cause and measured in accordance with current legislation (hereinafter: guests).

In the RSD must be guaranteed to guests:

services with a high degree of health integration;

maintenance rehabilitation;

residential even permanent;

individualized programs;

involvement of families.

La RSD

is located in a municipally owned property located in via Don Vercesi n. 41, Bresso;

It has a capacity of forty beds;

It is divided into four nuclei, each with ten beds.
