Governments in Flevoland, Noord-Holland and Utrecht are working together within MRA-E to build a comprehensive future-proof network of public charging objects. Through this tender, a Framework Agreement is concluded for the supply, installation, management and operation of charging objects in participating authorities within the MRA-E.

The following procurement goals have been formulated:

- Expansion of the basic network

- Integration into the public space and the energy network

- Making electric driving accessible

The scope of the framework agreement consists of a maximum of 17,500 charging objects.
