The subject of the contract is the delivery with the introduction, unloading, assembly, installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment - control and research equipment for the needs of organizational units of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, divided into 12 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached in Annexes 1.1 - 1.12 to the SWZ. The requirements for the subject of the contract are also included in Chapter. V SWZ and the proposed contractual provisions constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ. The offered equipment is to be brand new, unused, technically efficient, safe, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, free from material and construction defects. The equipment must not bear traces of previous operation and may not be subject to the rights of third parties. The contracting authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PPL.
