The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the year-round maintenance of cleanliness and order in areas of property owned by the Municipality of Kołobrzeg, which are not roads.

Within the scope of this part of the contract, cleaning and mowing of urban areas covering various quality and timely standards for the maintenance of individual areas should be carried out, i.e.

1) Element 1 - cleaning, maintaining cleanliness and order, implemented in 3 quality standards:

a) Standard I - plots of land up to 800,000m 2 - daily cleaning throughout the entire duration of the contract (309 + 310 = 619 days) corresponds to the area up to

495 200,000 m 2 .

b) Standard II - plots of land up to 850,000m 2 - cleaning the area twice a week, for the entire duration of the contract (100 + 100 = 200 days) corresponds to an area of up to 174 250 000 m 2 .

c) Standard III - cleaning according to current needs - carried out on separate instructions - Employer, in total for the entire duration of the contract subject area up to 320,000 m 2 .

2) Element 2 - mowing lawns (excluding roadside greenery) implemented in 4 quality standards:

a) Standard I - mowing lawns with raking and removal on a total area of up to 3,800,000 m 2 .

b) Standard II - mowing lawns without raking and removal on a total area of up to 700,000 m 2 .

c) Standard III - mowing wasteland with raking and removal on a total area of up to 280,000 m 2 .

d) Standard IV - mowing wasteland without raking and removal on a total area of up to 400,000 m 2 .

Within this scope, renovation and renovation works of park benches (of various scope and type) should be carried out. The contractor must prepare them for the summer season (repaint) and keep them in proper technical condition by providing their own material. The contractor will also carry out exchanges: dismantling of old benches and assembly of new ones. The contractor must have a base (facilities) for storing benches (dismantled and new benches purchased by the Employer for assembly).

The Employer estimates the necessity to perform the following scope of work:

1) Element 3 - repair of benches and painting of benches, including:

- renovation (replacement of boards, slats).

a) in board benches - up to 300 boards

b) in strip benches - up to 300 pcs of strips,

c) in exotic wood benches - up to 20 boards,

d) in plastic (composite) benches - up to 40 boards,

- painting benches

(on wooden seats, oil-painted / varnished):

e) board benches with iron / steel supports - up to 400 pcs,

f) strip benches - up to 300 pcs.

g) benches on the wall - up to 800 mb.

h) benches made of exotic wood - up to 120 pcs.,

i) plastic benches with cast iron supports - a total of up to 100 items,

j) other elements of exotic wood (landings, terrace, benches of unusual shapes and sizes), securing (oiling) twice during each year - 1 488 m2:

2) Element 4 - maintenance of park benches

- assembly and disassembly of benches.

a) disassembly of benches - up to 80 pcs,

b) bench assembly - up to 180 pcs.
