The Central Saxony District Office intends to build a new Döbeln rescue station. The measure will be financed by the district of Central Saxony's own funds. Technical planning of technical equipment ELT of service phases (LPH) 1 to 9 in accordance with HOAI § 51 ff in conjunction with Annex 15, step-by-step commissioning.

The Central Saxony District Office intends to build a new Döbeln rescue station, Mastener Str. 15, 04720 Döbeln. The measure will be financed by the district of Central Saxony's own funds. The total cost framework is set at a project budget of € 3,422,059 gross for KG 200-500.

The client (client) intends to commission the service phases (Lph) 1 to 9 of the technical equipment ELT technical planning service in accordance with HOAI § 51 ff. in conjunction with Annex 15. The assignment takes place in stages.

Upon completion of the open procedure, work phases 1-3 will initially be contractually commissioned. The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the further performance levels if the period between the commissioning of the last performance level to the commissioning of the further performance level is not more than 2 years and the customer has announced the transfer in good time, i.e. at least 4 weeks in advance, and the customer transfers it to him. The client reserves the right to limit the order to partial services of individual service levels. The contractor cannot derive an increase in his fee from the step-by-step commissioning.

The phased assignment is subject to securing financing by the client and subject to the fact that the contractor guarantees proper, high-quality and timely performance of the service.

If the tendered work phases are commissioned, the order is expected to end in December 2026 (completion LPH 8).
