Flores needs to start a procurement process for the supply of multifunctionals and printers (hereafter devices). The final outcome of the tendering procedure should be to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) supplier. The total duration of the framework agreement is six (6) years. This is done to keep the maturity equal to the depreciation period of the devices. The agreement is entered into for four (4) initial contract years with an option to renew two (2) times one (1) year
