The subject of the order is the delivery of high-payload tippers cars in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter III of the SWZ and the quantities and assortment shown in the table in Chapter III SWZ — paragraph 1, the quantities included in the table, in the column “quantity in options” may be used after the implementation of the basic quantity included in the column 'basic quantity' when the needs of the Ordering Party exist in this respect. The subject of the contract must comply with the requirements laid down in the Operational and Technical Requirements (WET) of Annex 6 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3) of Law Pzp. The Contractor invoking these solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the delivery of the object of the contract which he offers fulfil all the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority in Annex No 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of high-payload tippers cars in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter III of the SWZ and in the assortment shown in the table in Chapter III SWZ — paragraph 1, in the quantity of:

— 3 pcs under the basic contract,

— 2 pcs as part of the order in the option.

The subject of the contract must comply with the requirements laid down in the Operational and Technical Requirements (WET) of Annex 6 to the SWZ.
