The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is the leading EU body of this call for tenders.The following EU bodies and Joint Undertakings join this call: BEREC, CDT, CEDEFOP, EASA, ECDC, EFSA, EMA, EMSA, ENISA, ESMA, EU-LISA, EUROPOL, EUROFOUND, F4E, FRA, FRONTEX, IMI2JU, GSA, OSHA, SESAR JU. The overall objectives of the contract resulting from this procedure are:

— to provide assistance and/ or expert guidance to the EU bodies in relation to selection procedures for different types of job profiles and levels (e.g. senior managers, middle managers, team leaders, officers, assistants),

— to provide assistance and/ or expert guidance in organising Assessment Centres,

— to provide assistance and/ or expert guidance in psychometric testing (personality, ability and knowledge),

— ad-hoc consultancy.

Type of contract: framework contract (FWC)

Type of FWC: Multiple FWC in Cascade

Maximum number of framework contractors: 3

Duration of FWC: 1 year + automatic renewal up to 3 times for an overall maximum duration of four consecutive years.

Budget information: The financial ceiling available for order forms/specific contracts under the framework contract during an overall maximum period of 4 consecutive years is 9 919 660 EUR. A contingency of 10 % and possible price indexations are already included in this ceiling.
