1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the successive collection by the Contractor of waste marked with code 19 12 12, components including for the production of alternative fuel of the RDF type, i.e. the waste energy fraction resulting from the sorting of municipal waste, for their management, i.e. subject to recovery processes or transfer to another entity for this purpose in accordance with generally applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

2) Collection of waste marked with code 19 12 12 will take place from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Ostrołęka at ul. Gen. T. Turskiego 4, 07-401 Ostrołęka, POLAND.

3) The subject of the order was divided into 3 lots.

Collection of waste in an estimated amount of approximately 2,400 Mg from the date of signing the contract until 31/05/2020.

Receipt of waste in an estimated amount of approximately 2,400 Mg between June 1 and August 31, 2020.

Receipt of waste in an estimated amount of approximately 2,400 Mg from September 1 to December 31, 2020.
