• The fuel quantities specified above are calculated taking into account the forecast consumption and should therefore be treated only as estimates and as such cannot constitute a basis for any claims by the Contractor as to the quantity actually purchased, during the course of implementation of the contract, by the Contracting Authority fuel. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or reduce, without informing and obtaining the Contractor's consent, during the course of the contract of the estimated fuel demand without modifying the offered discount to unit prices.

• The quality of the fuels supplied must comply with all legal standards in force in Poland in this area.

• The quality of fuels supplied must guarantee the free start and operation of vehicles of machinery and equipment of the Ordering Party in all atmospheric conditions occurring in Poland.

• The Contractor shall bear all legal and financial consequences resulting from the proven delivery of fuel of improper quality, causing, for example, damage to injection systems, especially new diesel units operating in the Common Rail system, or immobilization of vehicles and all losses of the Contracting Authority resulting from immobilization and or damage to vehicle components.

• Each time at the Contracting Authority's written and/or telephone request, the Contractor shall present a certificate of quality of the delivered fuel for inspection at the service station and/or at the request of the Contracting Authority shall provide a written copy of the above-mentioned document to the Contracting Authority's documentation.

• In the event that the Contractor's Regulations concerning the conditions for issuing and using fuel cards do not contradict the provisions of the Terms of Reference, including the agreement and the Public Procurement Law, and at the same time are publicly available regulations, the Contracting Authority shall accept such regulations.

2. Technical conditions of delivery.

• Diesel collection ON - in service stations in the town of Szczecinek open 24 hours a day suitable for truck service. The download will consist of successive (needs-dependent) refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles. The downloading of ON intended for equipment will be carried out by refueling into canisters (barrels).

• Form of settlement.

Purchase of diesel oil - cashless, collective invoice for the settlement period, payment by bank transfer according to the contract template.

• Collection of unleaded petrol Pb 95 - at a service station in the town of Szczecinek open 24 hours a day suitable for truck service. The download will consist of successive (needs-dependent) refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles. The collection of gasoline intended for equipment will be carried out by refueling into canisters.

• Form of settlement.

Unleaded petrol Pb 95 – cashless, collective invoice for the settlement period, payment by bank transfer (according to the contract template).

• Collection of gaseous fuel – LPG – at petrol stations in the city of Szczecinek open 24 hours a day, adapted to service trucks. The collection will consist of successive (depending on the needs) refuelling of the Ordering Party's vehicles.

• Form of settlement.

Purchase of gaseous fuel – LPG – cashless, with a collective invoice for the settlement period, payment by bank transfer according to the contract template.
