The contract is offered jointly by HOFOR Spildevand København A/S, Novafos Spildevand Gladsaxe A/S, Novafos Spildevand Gladsaxe A/S and Frederiksberg Kloak A/S hereinafter collectively referred to as "The Developer".

The contract concerns the provision of Assessors services. In connection with Svanemøllen's Cloudburst Tunnel, HOFOR has decided that the project should be considered significant. Assessors must therefore be assigned to review the project with a view to obtaining a permit for placing in service. The overall project is extensive and has therefore been broken down into various sub-projects. The projects and an overall schedule are described in the service description. The description is provisional, as changes may occur during ongoing detailed design.
