Three-year contract for the cleaning of buildings located at the company headquarters and at the 5 collection centers located in the territory of competence of the contracting authority.

The contract shall have as its object:

● the ordinary and periodic cleaning and sanitizing service necessary for the regular maintenance of company buildings;

● the supply of consumables;

● the management of separate collection of municipal and similar waste.

These services must comply with the "Minimum Environmental Criteria for the assignment of the cleaning and sanitizing service of buildings and environments for civil, sanitary and detergent products" hereinafter referred to as "C.A.M.", referred to in the Ministerial Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea of 29 January 2021 and related annexes 1 and 2 and the Corrective Decree of the Ministry of Ecological Transition 24 September 2021.
