The assignment includes the conclusion of an agreement for the individual leasing of bicycles for the benefit of the staff of stad and OCMW Dilsen-Stokkem.

Current number of employees employed by the City and OCMW Lommel in total: approximately 440

The purpose of this agreement is to appoint a leasing company that offers operational bicycle leases to the staff of the City and OCMW Dilsen-Stokkem. The repayment of the monthly lease cost will be realized according to the principle of flexible remuneration: via the end-of-year bonus.

The City and OCMW Dilsen-Stokkem hereby aim to carry out a cost-neutral operation for it, with a minimal administrative burden for both its own operation and for the employee who wishes to use the bicycle lease system. It must also be possible to take over the bicycle individually at the end of the lease period at an agreed residual value. This residual value must be known in advance as a fixed percentage of the initial purchase value of the bicycle and this percentage must remain unchanged during the entire term of this framework agreement and in accordance with the registration. The offer includes: roadside assistance, annual maintenance and insurance against theft, vandalism and material damage.

In this framework agreement, the focus is on a wide range from which employees can choose and a large network of bicycle dealers.
