Planning services according to Part 3 (Object Planning), Section 2 (Outdoor Facilities) of the HOAI - New construction of a functional building at the UFZ site in Bad Lauchstädt.

Binding fee zone: II, basic rate

1. Grundlagenermittlung (LPH1) - 3%

2. Pre-planning (project and planning preparation) (LPH2) - 10%

3. Design Planning (System and Integration Planning) (LPH3) - 16%

-> Completion of construction document (LPH 3): 31.12.2023

4. Approval planning – 4%

-> Completion of building application document (LPH 4): 31.05.2024

5. Execution planning - 25%

6. Preparation of the award - 7%

7. Participation in the award process - 2%

8. Site supervision (construction supervision) - 30%

9. Property management and documentation - 2%

Sum = 99%

Additional "special services" to be provided:

1. Supervision of the elimination of defects within the limitation period (LPH 9)

2. Planning of the drainage concept for rainwater and the associated engineering structures (pipeline networks, shafts, storage, purification and infiltration systems)

3. Compliance with the requirements of the agreed certification system (DGNB - Gold status). e.g. rainwater management concept, sealing and unsealing concept, biodiversity concept in the sense of "animal-aided-design"

Participation in at least 5 counselling appointments

A step-by-step assignment is planned (first call-off LPH 1-4 + special services 2+3).

Note: Coordination of the certification area is carried out by DGNB coordinator see §6 para. 1 of the model contract.

The completion of the construction project and handover to the client is scheduled for 30.06.2026 (start of construction: 01.08.2025).
