The objective of the procurement is to secure Oslo University Hospital engineering design services from consulting engineers connected to the hospital's building functions. Specialist areas and services that will be included in the framework agreement are set out in the Performance Description in Annex 2. The purpose is to enter into framework agreement with 5 tenderers for each of the specialist areas A-C, for specialist areas D-E agreements will be entered into with a minimum of 3 tenderers.
