The service consists in the drafting of the technical and economic feasibility project of a HUB-mobility center in the Municipality of Empoli. The designer will have to analyze the possible design alternatives and evaluate the best in terms of quality, technical and economic as well as in terms of environmental compatibility, and therefore must develop the one considered the best as it has the best ratio between cost and benefits.

The fee placed on the basis of the tender for the requested service is equal to €215,015.00, net of taxes, legal contributions and VAT.

The estimated total amount for the service for carrying out the interventions under design is therefore equal to €319,268.26, including the amount of €104,253.25, excluding VAT, for surveys preparatory to the design that the Administration reserves the right to entrust to the successful tenderer pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, let. a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The total estimated amount for the works to carry out the interventions under design amounts to €6,700,000.00, divided as follows into the categories and classes referred to in Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016:

- Structures category S.04 €3,800,000.00;

- Category Infrastructure for Mobility V.02 €2,900,000.00.
