The purpose of the contract is to provide expertise, asbestos identification and mapping of hazardous materials by aircraft type and on aeronautical equipment before dismantling.

The objective of this contract is to identify hazardous materials for the different types of aircraft withdrawn from service as well as certain aeronautical equipment for which the Dmaé needs expertise before ordering their dismantling.

The hazardous materials sought are:

-Asbestos

-Crystalline Silica

-radionuclide

-lead

the main aircraft and aeronautical equipment concerned are the following:

-Aircraft: C160-Ng, Twin Otter, C135, Mystère IV, Mirage 3, Mirage F1, Mirage 2000, Mirage 4, C160, Smb2, Atl2, Etendart 4, Modernized Super Etendart, Fouga Magister, Flamant, Noratlas, Alphajet, Mystère 20, Nord 262, Epsilon, Atlantique 1, Xingu, CAP 10, Piper, Zephyr, Alizé.

-Helicopters: Alouette III, Alouette II, Gazelle, NH 90, Tiger, Cougar, Super Puma, Lynx, Super Frelon, Jaguar, Fennec, Puma.

-Aeronautical sub-assemblies,

-Kc20 containers and bodies comprising crashed or crashed aircraft components.

The contract is composite, it includes:

-A fixed and enforceable share from the beginning of performance of the contract,

-a share that can be ordered by purchase order pursuant to Article R. 2362-8 of the CCP,

-A part provision: pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the SPC, the contract may present technical hazards, it will include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
