The subject of the contract is: Construction of the Paid Parking Zone (SPP) covering the establishment (SPP) on public roads of the city Przeworska according to the Resolution of Przeworska City Council No. XXXVII/489/2021 of 26 November 2021.

1. The object of the order is:

creation of a Paid Parking Zone (SPP) on public roads of Przeworska city according to the Resolution of Przeworska City Council No XXXVII/489/2021 of 26 November 2021, in particular:

design of the Paid Parking Zone in the city of Przeworsko, which includes the streets.

execution of the Paid Parking Zone including the execution of SPP project documentation;

delivery and installation of parking machines;

delivery and installation of controlling devices;

delivery and assembly of hardware and software,

training of employees operating the Paid Parking Zone;

execution of SPP horizontal and vertical marking,

the launch of the Paid Parking Zone in Przeworsk

1) SPP design:

(a) the project should be carried out on the basis of the law currently in force on the subject of the contract, in particular the Public Roads Act;

b) all required permits, construction applications, conservation applications, traffic organization project, documentation, acquisition of maps etc. are on the side of the Contractor. The zone will be located within the Conservator of Monuments Conservator.

(c) the design of the zone must contain, in particular, an adequate number of parking spaces intended for parking vehicles of disabled persons;

(d) during the design work, the designer will take into account the instructions and comments of the Ordering Party;

(e) the project is intended to involve the organisation of parking spaces on public roads. The projected amount of parking spaces around 400pc ;

(f) the design of the zone requires acceptance of the Ordering Party in writing;

2) execution of SPP according to the project developed by the Contractor, including:

(a) the performance of vertical and horizontal marking,

b) delivery and installation of 20 pcs of parking machines;

c) delivery and installation of 4 pcs of controlling devices;

(d) the supply and installation of computer equipment and software for efficient zone management and recovery;

e) The Contractor will plan, create the procedure and launch in COSPP the dime counter procedure must also include the rules for safe replacement of dime cartridges in parking meters and their transport to the counters, Contractor equip the counter with at least 3 cameras for monitoring and image recorder, 2 equal devices for automatic counting and sorting of dime

(f) organisation of the Paid Parking Area Service Centre (hereinafter COSPP);

3) training of employees of the Ordering Party and the launch of SPP;

4) transmission to the Contracting Party technical and operational documentation of equipment subject to the contract in Polish;

The Contracting Authority estimates that the Paid Parking Area will include about 400 parking spaces and about 20 parking meters.
