Framework agreement for the supply of new technology batteries for updating the traction system of 30 Solaris-Ganz Trollino 18 trolleybuses.

Authorization to launch a tender with the form of the open procedure, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 122, of art. 60 and art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, to be experimented with the e-procurement system.

Description of the contract: the estimated total amount of the framework agreement, placed at the base of the tender, is EUR 2 733 613.80 excluding VAT, divided as follows: EUR 2 700 000.00 as the amount for the supply of new technology, subject to tender reduction; EUR 32 832.00 as the amount for the adaptation of the battery management interface to the traction control system currently present, assembly of the components on the vehicles and related execution of the mechanical and electrical adaptation activities to the ex-ante conditions of the packs of the batteries and auxiliary electrical / electronic components, subject to tender reduction; EUR 781.80 as an amount for security charges not subject to a tender reduction.

The amount of the first application contract is equal to EUR 911 725.80 excluding VAT, divided as follows: EUR 900 000.00 as the amount for the supply of new technology batteries, subject to a tender reduction; EUR 10 944.00 as the amount for the adaptation of the battery management interface to the traction control system currently present, assembly of the components on the vehicles and related execution of the mechanical and electrical adaptation activities to the ex-ante conditions of the packs of the batteries and auxiliary electrical / electronic components, subject to tender reduction; EUR 781.80 as an amount for security charges not subject to a tender reduction.

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16 the following labor costs were identified: EUR 32 832.00.
