The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer of ownership to the common courts of the Szczecin appeal, brand new and unused servers, storage, network switches, network edge security devices, data backup devices and video-conference systems (in accordance with the submitted offer for a given part) along with the provision of warranty services on the terms set out in Annex 3 and 3 a, to the SWZ and in detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract contained in the in the Annexes to swz from No. 5 to 5 e.
