Elia is looking for services concerning soil contamination related tasks in Brussels and Wallonia: soil experts, field work and soil investigation.

The final contracting entity may be:

1) Elia Asset SA/NV; and/or

2) Any company belonging to the Elia group; and/or

3) A new company that will be set up by one of the companies of the Elia Group.’

Senior expert consultant who prepares and supervises soil contamination-related tasks (field work and soil investigation) in Brussels, support and follow-up of administrative, legal and soil studies procedures: advisory tasks to accompany project leader civil works on soil cost management and lobbying with government.

Senior expert consultant who prepares and supervises soil contamination-related tasks (field work and soil investigation) in Wallonia, support and follow-up of administrative, legal and soil studies procedures: advisory tasks to accompany Project leader Civil Works on soil cost management and lobbying with government.

Field work: pre-construction, drilling, sampling, etc. output: technical specifications needed for soil investigation.

Soil investigation: visit the to be investigated soil, pre-soil excavation, excavation, sample collection, sample analysis, legal study writing and obtaining legal validation.
