Reutlingen University intends to conclude a framework agreement with a term of 2 years with the option of extending it for 2 more years for the delivery of Extron control and image transmission systems for around 100 lecture halls on campus.

Expected contract period: November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2022.

As part of the framework agreement, between 70 and 100 Extron control and image transmission systems are to be supplied and installed by the provider in the first two years. If the optional contract extension is used, a further 20 to 40 Extron control and image transmission systems will be purchased in the next two years, depending on the purchase quantity, subject to the budget available in 2023 and 2024.

The prices stated in the tender are fixed prices for a period of 2 years from the expected start of the contract on November 1st, 2020. Before a possible contract extension, if a price adjustment is necessary, the price will be renegotiated accordingly.
