The subject of the contract are: successive supplies of vegetables gr. I, vegetables gr. II, fruit gr. I, fruit gr. II, fruit gr. III to 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin. Deliveries must be made in accordance with the standards and assortment, quantities and all requirements set out in Chapter IV of the SWZ and in accordance with the quality requirements specified in the "Minimum quality requirements" constituting the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract" for individual tasks - Annexes 2a-2e to the SWZ. The terms and conditions for the performance of this contract are also specified in the "draft provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the public procurement contract" for individual tasks constituting Annex 5/7 to the SWZ. The Contractor declares that there is no negative decision of the Military Sanitary Inspector ordering the commanders of military units and institutions to stop sourcing from the Contractor.

The selected Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority signs a public procurement contract for a given task must prove to have throughout the entire period of performance of the contract civil liability insurance in the scope of business activity related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum not less than: TASK NO. I – PLN 70,000.00, together with proof confirming payment of due contributions.

1.3. a report on the sanitary control carried out by the authorities of the State Sanitary Inspection as an official food control body, which includes a point containing a positive assessment of the development, implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system on the basis of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety or 1.4. Instead of the documents referred to above, the Contractor may submit other documents confirming the application of equivalent quality assurance measures and the application of equivalent management measures by the Contractor, respectively.
1.5. In the case of Contractors offering products manufactured as part of primary production, instead of a document confirming the use of the implemented HACCP system – a Contractor's statement regarding production in accordance with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) is required – Annex 13 to SWZ
2. The Contracting Authority, in connection with the description of the subject of the contract by means of standards – allows solutions equivalent to those described in Annex 2a to the SWZ. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered by him of the subject of the contract meet the requirements set out by the contracting authority in Annex 2a to the SWZ (Minimum quality requirements), submitting together with the offer: a description of each equivalent product, e.g. a detailed product sheet, declaration of conformity, laboratory test report, confirming the compliance of physico-chemical and qualitative properties of a given product in relation to described by the ordering party.
3. A contractor offering products produced as part of primary production, which is a flat-rate farmer exempt from value added tax pursuant to Article 43(1)(3) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on the tax on goods and services, must submit a statement in this respect - Annex 14 to the SWZ - if applicable
The contracting authority shall accept equivalent means of proof in question. Pursuant to Article 107(1) of the PPL, the Contractors are obliged to submit the evidence in question together with the bid.
