1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medium-sized cars for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship – 15 pieces – divided into 2 parts

as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage V".

2. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders.

3. This order is divided into 2 lots:

Part A - delivery of medium rescue and firefighting vehicles for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - 7 pieces as part of the project "Modern rescue services - purchase of vehicles for TSO units - stage V".

Part B - delivery of medium rescue and firefighting vehicles for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - 8 pieces as part of the project "Modern rescue services - purchase of vehicles for TSO units - stage V". The list of recipients of the subject of the contract will be provided to the Contractor on the day of signing the contract.
