1. The object of the order is the reconstruction of Boh Square. Westerplatte and Bartoszyce Municipal Park.
2. The project involves the construction of an amphitheatre with an auditorium and a backroom building in a way that enables the organization of various kinds of outdoor events. The eastern part of the square will be converted into green spaces, landscaped under lawns and low greenery.
3. Investment activities included in the order:
1) Amphitheater in place of the square
3) small architecture (benches, trash cans),
2) the construction of parking spaces along with access road at the entrance to the square, parking provides 46 parking spaces for passenger cars, 4 seats for buses, 4 parking spaces for disabled people,
3) reconstruction of the water supply bus Ø 500 together with the necessary technical infrastructure,
4) reconstruction of the rainwater drainage system with the construction of a retention tank with a capacity of approx. 300m3 - battery of three tanks

green areas, landscaped under lawns and low greenery.
3. Investment activities included in the order:
1) Amphitheater in place of the square
- the auditorium of the amphitheatre for approx. 970 seats together with places for disabled persons,
- the elimination of the existing stage and leveling of the floor level,
- a stage with a permanent canopy, which would have the opportunity to serve the audience from the side of the amphitheatre and from the side of the representation square (according to a separate study),
- the building of administrative and social facilities of persons present together with the warehouse part,
- renovation of the military scene,
- pedestrian strings enabling collision-free movement around the square — stairs together with descents for children's strollers;
-walking strings coming to the square and the walkway at Herhaterów Warsaw Street (above the crown of the amphitheatre),
- new surfaces of the representation square, amphitheater, access to the monument;
- fence of the area of the amphitheater.

4. The tangible scope of the order includes all the work, activities and works necessary for the performance of the investment task.
5. The task of the Contractor under this order will be to develop a technical project for permanent stage canopy based on PFU. Execution of the element in the formula design and build.
6. The Contractor's task in the framework of this contract will be to obtain the permission of the WKZ for archaeological supervision, according to Article 36 in the form of Article 31 of the Act on the protection of monuments and the care of monuments.
7. The Contractor shall provide at least 60 months warranty for the works performed.
8. The warranty length of the warranty will be equal to the length of the quality guarantee.
9. The detailed scope of the contract shall be determined by the design documentation, annex 8 to the SWZ.
