Heat supply systems (heating)

Heat is generated by air/water heat pumps on the roof of the community house (GH). The community centre, the primary school and the sports hall are supplied by a heating distributor (distributor and collector combination), which is connected to the air-to-water heat pumps by upstream buffer tanks (6,000l). Pressure maintenance and automatic replenishment stations with the functions of holding, degassing and replenishing are planned for the pipe network. For heat distribution, glandless circulation pumps with BMS interfaces are planned. Medium-weight threaded steel pipes and seamless steel pipes are planned as pipe materials. The main heat supply in the buildings is provided by underfloor heating. Ancillary rooms, technical rooms and stairwells are partly accessed via radiators, heating walls and convectors.

Supply lines to central and decentralised ventilation units are part of this tender.

In addition, refrigeration components such as electronically controlled glandless circulation pumps, pipes, fittings, valves, pressure maintenance and a buffer tank (5,000 l) have been planned and put out to tender.

The present tender also includes all necessary paints/coatings, fastening and assembly constructions as well as fire protection bushings, insulation and insulation.

For an undisturbed construction process, measures for winter construction heating are likely to be required, the installation and operation of which are also part of this tender.

Maintenance is mandated "optionally". However, the item "maintenance" must be offered and is included in the total offer price for the evaluation.
