Organization and logistic support of the stay of a delegation from Małopolska in Lyon, France in order to take part as an exhibitor in the Education Fair called the World Cup of Competitions in Lyon

1. The subject of the contract is: organization and logistic support of the stay of a delegation from Małopolska in Lyon, France in order to take part as an exhibitor in the Education Fair under the name of the World Cup of Competitions in Lyon.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1D to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the SOPZ).

3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the SWZ

4. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.
