The tenderer is asked to provide a solution for the total duration of the term, for the implementation support of the work and income processes (Participation Act) of WerkSaam Westfriesland. This specifically concerns:

1. supplying, implementing (including conversion from existing systems), and

2. the technical maintenance of a total solution for at least the implementation of the described scope of assignment,

3. including links and messaging (except for options).

The solution preferably consists of one system, but may also consist of a coherent combination of products and services. The solution must be offered off-premise (also known as: remote serviced). Technical management must be fully supplied with this. The functional management of the solution is done by WerkSaam Westfriesland itself
