The open procedure relates to the assignment of the executive design activities and all the works necessary for the "body" construction of civil works and BOP relating to the construction of the waste-to-energy plant (WTE) of Padua, located in viale della Navigazione Interna n. 34 in the Municipality of Padua

Executive design activities and all the works necessary for the "body" construction of civil and BOP works related to the construction of the waste-to-energy plant (WTE) in Padua.
The total amount of Euro 39,940,000.00 (thirty-nine million, nine hundred and forty thousand/00) net of VAT, indicated in point II.1.5 above) is divided into the following services:
Main service – "Works": Euro 38,787,694.77 (thirty-eight million, seven hundred and eighty-seven thousand, six hundred and ninety-four/77) net of VAT for body work, plus Euro 742,305.23 (seven hundred and forty-two thousand, three hundred and five/23) net of VAT for safety costs related to works not subject to a tender discount. In particular, the works that are the subject of the contract can be summarized, for information and not exhaustively: in the realization of civil works in reinforced concrete and steel, in architectural finishes, external works and greening, in the construction of mechanical systems (eg thermal cycle, auxiliary services), in the realization of electrical systems (medium and low voltage) and automation, in the assembly of equipment supplied by the customer (e.g. steam turbogenerator, emission monitoring system). For the specific indication of the composition of the contract as regards the main service – "Works", with indication of the relative categories, both prevalent and separable, reference is made to the table referred to in letter k) of point III.1.3) below Professional and technical capacity of this call for tenders.
Secondary service – "Design": Euro 410,000.00 (four hundred and ten thousand/00) net of VAT for professional design services (including ancillary charges and expenses). It is hereby stated that, with reference to technical design services, security costs are estimated at Euro 0.00 (zero), since it is the assignment of services of an intellectual nature.
It should be noted that the identification of the categories of works covered by this procedure and the calculation of the basic amount of the tender for the secondary service, defined in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016, are specified in the Table that is reported below.

The documentation of the executive, construction and as-built project must be developed using the BIM methodology, according to document G224W101DG00SG0008 - "BIM OOC-BOP Information Specifications".
