1. The object of the order is the service of further waste management

code 19 12 12 12 (overset fraction) — i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 in an amount of approximately 3,000 Mg.

2. The waste management facility BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żyiec at Kabaty 2 Street, POLSKA, while the place of execution of the order is the installation for the use of waste covered by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority will transport the waste at its own expense.

Waste management service code 19 12 12 (overset fraction)

1) The object of the contract is a waste management service with code 19 12 12 12 (oversitowa fraction) — i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 with Beskid Żywiec Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec, at Kabaty Street 2.

2) Waste code 19 12 12 comes from the mechanical process of processing mixed municipal waste. The technological string consists of conveyors belt, a disk sieve, a sorting cab, an iron metal separator, and an optoelectronic sorter. As a result of this process, waste 19 12 12 with a calorific value above 6 MJ/kg s. m. This waste will be transmitted in bulk. Some of the waste can come from the fragmentation of large-sized waste.

3) The Contractor must be authorised to use waste code 19 12 12 in process R12 in accordance with Annex No 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. OJ 2020 item 797 as amended).

4) The amount of waste intended to be transferred to the Contractor, during the term of the contract, shall be approximately 3 000 Mg.

5) The waste management method offered must comply with the applicable law and processing processes specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. OJ 2020 item 797 as amended).
