The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a contract for the delivery of the following services: Builders ombudsman, construction manager, project manager, building engineering project support, SHA coordinator, KP, and KU.
The contract is for all of Klepp Municipality, but the largest share of assignments will be for Property, which works with both new buildings, renovations, and alterations.
This contract includes:
- Builder Representative
- Construction Manager
- Project Manager
- Project support

The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will, in addition, have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on the same terms. The contracting authority can also extend the contract for a period less than 1 year, but not less than 6 months.

- SHA coordinator for the execution phase for buildings
- KP for buildings
- KU for buildings
