The subject of the contract is the reception and development of municipal waste from the territory of Nadarzyn Municipality, including:

Part No. 1 of the order - the subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Nadarzyn Commune along with the creation and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

Part No. 2 of the order – the subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the indicated collection points in the Nadarzyn Municipality.

The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of property residing in the territory of Nadarzyn municipality, together with the establishment and operation of a point of selective collection of municipal waste.

The scope of work includes:

1) Equipping residential properties with the necessary containers and bags for waste collection, according to the adopted system of separate waste collection.

2) Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate collected in a selective and non-selective manner, divided into fractions.

3) Collection of municipal waste accumulated on the property in containers and bags.

4) Establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK.

5) Reception and management of segregated municipal waste delivered to PSZOK.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1a to the SWZ and the draft contract.

The subject of the contract is the service "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the indicated collection points in the Nadarzyn Municipality"

The scope of work includes:

1. export of solid non-segregated municipal waste collected in standardized containers,

2. export of biodegradable waste,

3. export of segregated solid waste: cardboard, paper, cardboard, glass,

4. equipping the Ordering Party with the ordered number of containers for permanent municipal waste.
