The object of the procurement is the service and maintenance service of backup power units for maritime traffic control at the sites specified in the procurement documents. The service provider's task is to provide the necessary service in the manner specified in the description of the procurement object and in the service agreement, including all preparation, work and finishing work, material and supplies procurement and reports.

The purpose of the service is to ensure the technical functionality of the backup power units owned by Fintraffic Maritime Traffic Control Ltd in all conditions and thus to ensure safe monitoring of ship traffic in Finnish sea areas. Maintenance maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the service instructions of the manufacturers of backup power units.
