Redesign of the streets, paths and squares on the Tribseer Damm - 2nd construction phase from the intersection Alte Rostocker Straße to the junction Carl-Heydemann-Ring and the Tribseer Damm - junction Carl-Heydemann-Ring.
The order is placed in stages for the Tribseer Damm - 2nd construction phase and the Tribseer Damm - intersection Carl-Heydemann-Ring. With the conclusion of the contract, the Hanseatic City of Stralsund transfers the services mentioned under point 4 to the contractor for the Tribseer Damm - 2nd construction phase.
The services are to be broken down into sections.
The Contractor has no legal claim to the transfer of further services - individually or as a whole.
Services of the contractor for the planning phase The contractor takes over all necessary services according to BaustellV, in particular
- Advice to the building owner, the architects and the specialist planners with regard to safety-related aspects in building planning. This includes scheduling, site set-up, responsibility and task fulfillment, safety-related facilities, cleaning and maintenance facilities,
- Analysis of design plans and work plans for safety risks and health protection aspects, pointing out possible solutions,
- Creation of the safety and health protection plan (SiGe plan) based on the above analysis,
- adaptation of the safety and health protection plan in the course of the planning process,
- Participation in tender documents with regard to health and safety,
- compilation of the document on safety and health protection in accordance with the characteristics of the building (construction file)
- work towards the inclusion of the SiGe plan and other safety-relevant elements in the planning documents,
- implementation of the advance notice to the competent authority in accordance with section 2 (2) of the Construction Site Ordinance,
- If necessary, briefing of the contractor for the execution phase (in the case of separate awarding of the SiGe service) including handover of all available documents.
Services of the contractor in the execution phase The contractor takes over all necessary services according to BaustellV, in particular
- control of the general principles according to § 4 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- control of compliance with the safety and health protection plan (SiGe plan) and its ongoing updating,
- Clarify safety-related matters with all entrepreneurs / contractors and their subcontractors before starting their work (work procedures, workflow, evidence, test certificates, storage, disposal, compliance with accident prevention regulations),
- work towards the ongoing recording of the commissioned companies (list of trades),
- Pay attention to securing the construction site against other operational activities as well as against third parties (e.g. construction fence), coordinating the coordination of the construction site equipment of the contractors involved,
- Coordination of the various trades / entrepreneurs to exclude mutual threats by organizing cooperation and ensuring mutual information,
- Pay attention to the contractual execution of the safety-related services from the building contracts and intervention in dangerous situations (see § 4 of this contract),
- Organization and implementation of security inspections and meetings,
- Continuation and completion of the document (construction file) with the characteristics of the structure for the safe execution of later maintenance work.
