1. The subject of the contract is “Receipt and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Zduńska Wola and waste collected in PSZOK.

1) Reception and management of municipal waste directly from all property inhabited in the territory of the Municipality of Zduńska Wola and waste collected selectively from the Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the village of Tymienice in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of law in this regard and collection

2) The subject of the contract covers 3 575 collection points for residential real estate and real estate used for recreational and holiday purposes. The indicated properties are inhabited by 10 634 inhabitants.

3) In addition, the Ordering Party informs that the subject of the contract covers multi-unit buildings and real estate of the Ordering Party in the number of 8 (in the amount of 89 premises).

4) A detailed description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ - Model contract, in which detailed the scope of the delivery of waste collection and management is fulfilled.
