- for the delivery year 2025 approx. 36.8 GWh for approx. 139 RLM outlets and approx. 2.0 GWh/a for 157 SLP outlets,

- for the delivery year 2026 approx. 37.0 GWh for approx. 139 RLM outlets and approx. 2.0 GWh/a for 157 SLP outlets,

- for the delivery year 2027 approx. 37.1 GWh for approx. 139 RLM outlets and approx. 2.0 GWh/a for 157 SLP outlets.

The collection points are located in 71 network areas throughout Germany.

The bidder provides the energy data of the delivery points via a business customer portal.

Supply of green electricity:

- 100% green electricity from existing plants, guarantees of origin (minimum criterion)

- Proportion of green electricity from new plants to be offered (maximum 4 years old at the start of delivery), with a limitation to a maximum share of 25% (evaluation criterion)

By submitting an offer, the bidder declares his express consent to the waiver of the receipt of a preliminary information pursuant to § 134 GWB. At the same time, by submitting an offer, the bidder declares his waiver of the initiation of review proceedings due to failure to provide prior information pursuant to § 134 GWB.
