Greve Boligselskab has chosen to offer a total contract for the completion of the planning and construction of a new building with 40 older homes. The total contract is carried out on the basis of an approved government project, and Mangor & Nagel will act as client consultant with Oluf Jørgensen as sub-consultant.

The project for the elderly housing project contains 32 pieces. 2 room residences of 67 m2 gross area and 8 pcs. 3 room housing of 87 m2, gross area. Gross area is including shared access area and a common room of approx. 100 m2. In total, a total gross area of 2,840 m2.

The plot is located in Hunde East with an area of approx. 5 114m2, and is bordered by the care center Strandcentret to the west, floor building to the north and Frydenhøj Alle to the south. To the northeast and east, the grounds are adjacent to a future urban area, which will be planned in the coming years. The area is in an urban zone, a short distance from Hundred Station and Waves Shopping Center.
