The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices intended for coronary angiography and angioplasty.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices intended for coronary angiography and angioplasty. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ (constituting at the same time the Assortment and Price Form).

2. The performance of the subject of the contract is also specified in the draft contract contained in Chapter XX SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices:

a) were admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act on medical devices,

b) correspond to the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2A to the SWZ.
