The Wörlitzer Anlagen (colloquially: Wörlitzer Park) with an area of 112 hectares are the most famous historical gardens within the UNESCO World Heritage Garden Kingdom of Dessau-Wörlitz. The landscape park contains a diverse water system, which consists of larger water areas (Wörlitzer See, Großer and Kleiner Wallloch) and artificially created canals. The water system of the Wörlitz facilities is a formative design element and thus an essential part of the monument, but also an important part of the tourist development and experience. It is maintained by a regulated congestion and is used for tourism during the summer months by gondola and ferry traffic. The Wörlitzer Park is located in the Middle Elbe Landscape Conservation Area. In addition to the visitor operation, the requirements of nature conservation, soil protection and water law must be taken into account when preparing the repair measures. The project "Working Part 1, Water Repairs" is intended to sustainably rehabilitate the bank fortifications on the waters in Wörlitzer Park.
The content of the service to be provided within the framework of the object planning of open spaces is the planning of the repairs of bank stabilizations LPH 1 to 4 and, optionally, the implementation planning LPH 5 and the implementation of the measures LPH 6-8 in accordance with § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 number 11.1. A transfer of LPH 5 - 8 of the HOAI is intended, there is no legal claim to this.
