The subject of the contract is "Successive supply of consumables for the needs of the Central Sterilization Unit of the Provincial Hospital Complex in Kielce". Information on the rules for delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the public procurement contract on the basis of successive deliveries, Medical devices being the subject of the contract should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) The subject of the contract should have a marketing authorization for territory of the Republic of Poland, should be marked with the CE mark, i.e. it must have a declaration of conformity / document confirming that the offered product has marketing and use authorization and CE marking - in accordance with the Act on medical devices or have an entry in the register of medical devices or a confirmed notification to the register of medical devices in the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
