The performance of the service, consisting in the collection, transport and development of municipal waste, created and received directly from the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Lubochnia municipality.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1. performance / (provision) of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste, generated and collected directly from real estate on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Lubochnia Municipality; 2. equipping the above-mentioned property with containers and bags for the collection of municipal waste, for the duration of the contract. 3. Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant at Za Wody 1A, Lubochnia Dworska street and equipping it with containers and containers; 4. achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with: a. Art. 3aa - 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), b. the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530), c. by the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of biodegradable mass of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412) and applicable local law acts; 4.3.
